To ensure clarity and transparency in our business practices, we have established the following comprehensive and detailed refund policy, which applies to all services rendered and products sold through our website or physical location. This policy is designed to outline the terms under which refunds, if any, may or may not be issued, as well as to inform you of our commitment to quality service and our operational guidelines.

Non-Refundable Services and Sales

It is with great emphasis that we declare that all services provided by kitchennails.us, encompassing but not limited to nail manicures, pedicures, and any additional treatments or enhancements, are unequivocally and irrevocably non-refundable. Furthermore, all sales of products, whether purchased in conjunction with a service or as standalone items, are similarly designated as non-refundable. This steadfast policy is instituted to maintain the integrity of our scheduling system, to compensate our skilled technicians for their time and expertise, and to ensure the sustainability of our business operations. Once a service has been rendered or a product has been sold and delivered to the client, no monetary reimbursement will be provided under any circumstances, barring the exceptions outlined in the subsequent sections of this policy.

Service Correction Policy

While we do not offer refunds for any services or sales as a general rule, kitchennails.us is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. In recognition of this commitment, we provide a limited opportunity for service correction rather than financial restitution. Should a client encounter an issue with a service that is deemed correctable such as an imperfect manicure finish, a pedicure that requires adjustment, or any other fixable deficiency the client may request a correction within the first three (3) hours following the date of service. This   window is established to allow ample time for the client to assess the service while ensuring that any necessary adjustments can be made promptly and effectively.

To initiate a service correction, the client must go directly at the location where the service was provided. Upon receipt and review of the request, our team will evaluate the feasibility of the correction. If the service can be reasonably repaired or improved taking into account the nature of the original service, the elapsed time, and the condition of the nails or skin, we will schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment at our earliest convenience, subject to availability. Please note that this correction policy applies exclusively to services that can be rectified through additional work by our technicians and does not extend to refunds, partial refunds, or compensation in any other form. Additionally, this policy does not cover services that have been altered or damaged by the client after leaving our premises, nor does it apply to products sold.

Right to Refuse Service

kitchennails.us reserves the unequivocal and absolute right to refuse service to any individual, group, or entity at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason or justification for such refusal. This right is exercised to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our staff, other clients, and the overall harmony of our establishment. We may refuse service under circumstances including, but not limited to, disruptive behavior, failure to comply with our hygiene or safety protocols, intoxication, verbal or physical aggression, or any other conduct that we deem inappropriate or detrimental to our business environment. Furthermore, we may decline to provide services to individuals who have previously violated our policies, failed to honor appointment commitments, or engaged in actions that compromise the integrity of our operations.
